1. I purchased a ringtone in the past, but have a new phone. Can you resend me the tone?
Unless we recieve written permission from store owner to provide such a resend, we are not authorized to do so. Each store is privately owned, and we are only not authorized to resend content to phones/numbers that were previously used when the purchase was made.
